Deleting your account or data

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings — it removes your saved comparisons and your profile immediately, and it cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will handle it.

Reporting a problem

If something looks wrong in a personality profile or compatibility write-up, tell us which pairing or type and what seems off. Editorial content is written by people and we would rather fix it than defend it.

For a security issue, email the address above with “Security” in the subject line and please give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly.
