The ground rules.

These terms are an agreement between you and Neutron LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”), who operate trypersonality.com. Using the service means you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the service.

What the service is — and is not

trypersonality.com is an entertainment and self-reflection tool. Compatibility scores are deterministic interpretations of popular personality frameworks. They are not psychological, medical, legal, or professional advice, and they must not be used for decisions about hiring, health, credit, housing, or any other consequential matter. Personality frameworks are lenses, not verdicts.

Who may use it

You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country (16 in most of the EU). One person per account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not: probe, overload, or disrupt the service; attempt to access other users’ data; scrape at abusive volume; use the service to harass anyone (including via referral links or display names); or impersonate others. Display names may not contain URLs. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove accounts that break these rules, and we may remove guest accounts after extended inactivity (currently 30 days with no saves).

Content & intellectual property

The character artwork, written analyses, scoring model, and site design belong to the operator. Share cards and share links exist to be shared — everything else requires permission. MBTI®, the Enneagram, and the Four Tendencies are frameworks whose names and marks belong to their respective owners; TryPersonality is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those owners.

Your data

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You can export or delete your data from Settings at any time.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use it (currently: nothing). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination, changes, and law

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and may update these terms — the date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Governing law and venue: the State of Wyoming, United States.
